Kiersten fits perfectly into the spirit of the Loch award as she recently left an award winning lighting design firm to strike out on her own with the creation of Hoiland Studios. Kiersten won our staff over with a passionate essay describing her adventures in lighting design and love of client satisfaction. Kiersten is familiar with AGi32 through her former firm and we hope the software continues to pay her dividends in client understanding of the lighted environment:
“Often times my clients cannot visualize the lighting in their space by looking solely at the layout on our lighting plan. When I can present a pseudocolor rendering of their space with the help of an AGi32 model, it gives them peace of mind to see exactly what will be illuminated. It’s amazing.”
