What is a digital badge?
A digital badge is an indicator of a skill or accomplishment that can be displayed, accessed, and verified online. LAI’s digital badges are earned for each AGi32 class completion. Badges are sent via email from the Badgr platform after the last day of class.
- AGi32 Introductory earned for completing the Introductory course online or in person.
- AGi32 Intermediate Roadway earned for completing the Intermediate Roadway course online or in person.
- AGi32 Advanced is earned upon completion of the Advanced course online or in person.
How are digital badges used?
Use your badges to demonstrate your expertise to your clients, associates and potential employers. Once you earn them, your digital badges will be stored on the Badgr website. Each badge includes data about the course(s) you completed and the number of contact hours per class. After completing a class, you will receive a notification to claim your badge on Badgr. Badges are clickable, allowing others to see details about what you learned, and verifying that you took an AGi32 class through Lighting Analysts. Badges are portable, allowing you to display the badge(s) on your social media, websites, PDF resume, and in emails.
Who can earn digital badges?
Anyone who has successfully completed the AGi32 Introductory course, AGi32 Intermediate course, or the AGi32 Advanced course.
