Paul is located in Southern Pennsylvania where he founded Lighting Designs by Dugan in 2017. He provides lighting application support to manufacturers, sales representatives, distributors, and architectural/engineering design firms.
Paul graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BSME in 2006 and has been an active member of the IES since 2010. For 10 years, he was a member of the outdoor application support team for Philips Lighting where he specialized in roadway and aided in the optical design process. He is also intimately familiar with the IES file format, Photometric Toolbox, and LM80 testing procedures.
When not providing application support, you can usually find Paul coaching youth baseball or wrestling in his local community. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golfing.
