Position: Customer Care Technician
Dominik is a wizard at answering customer care tickets. He is lighting fast and on top of customer’s requests. His days are filled with working his brain on complicated problem solving to assist AGi32 and ElumTools customers.
What does he love about lighting? I love how something that no one ever really thinks much about can dramatically alter the feel and comfort level of a space. I never thought about it until I started working in the industry.
Dominik can be described as a video and tabletop game player with friends. He also loves food and trying new restaurants (when COVID-19 is dealt with of course)
