Defining Fixture Photometry in AGi32

AGi32 can use any photometric file in IES, EULUMDAT or CIBSE format. You can obtain these files directly from the manufacturers websites (even drag and drop), from files you have previously used on your network, or from our cloud database titled Instabase.

Lighting professionals now have access to a wide variety of manufacturers photometric data in one location. The Instabase provides unprecedented search and query capability across a user selected cross-section of participating manufacturers. Simply load the manufacturers you want to search by checking a few boxes, set the search criteria and go!

Definitions

When bringing in a photometric file AGi32 creates a luminaire definition where you can associate specifics such as light loss factors, symbols, arrangements, poles, arms, CCT and much more. Create as many unique definitions as you need then save them in Collections if you might want to reuse them in another project. Add or modify definitions at any time.

Placement

With all of your luminaires defined, AGi32 provides numerous methods to place them in your drawing. You can group, aim, mirror, array and create iso-illuminance templates. AGi32 provides simple and intuitive commands to speed your workflow.
