Lighting Analysts respects your privacy and is devoted to safeguarding your data to the best of our abilities. How does Lighting Analysts protect your data?
Lighting Analysts keeps your data on secure cloud-based servers which are protected by our provider.
- Your data is exposed to only Lighting Analysts employees and contractual resellers who are responsible for sales and service of your account
- Resellers are bound by contract with Lighting Analysts and are exposed to your information in read-only format
- Technical support contacts such as incident tickets are private and seen by only Lighting Analysts employees and contractual resellers
- Public facing content such as Forums expose only the information you post
How can you access, update or delete your data?
Through online access, account administrators can examine limited data maintained on persons within the organization. Only account administrators can edit this information.
You have the right to request the deletion of any data, including your entire account. Should additional modifications be required beyond those possible by your account administrator, they can be requested by contacting Lighting Analysts (see Contacting Lighting Analysts below). Your identity will be verified prior to any action on our part.
It is important to understand that by editing user information you may affect our ability to deliver your product subscriptions, potentially resulting in the loss of use of the software.
What are Lighting Analysts data retention policies?
Lighting Analysts will retain your personal information as required to provide you with the software subscriptions you have purchased. Should you elect to let your subscriptions expire, we will keep your account information in order that you may be offered the most favorable terms to re-subscribe to our software and services. Expired account information can be removed by request at any time (see Contacting Lighting Analysts below).
We may also be obligated to keep some information for longer periods to comply with our legal obligations.
